Disadvantages of too much caffeine

  

You will need to pee more often (need that like a hole in the head)
Calcium, iron and other key nutrients are washed out of your systems instead of being absorbed
May heighten your mood swings (so if you are already a hormonal monster back off on the caffeine)
Caffeine crosses the placenta, too much may decrease blood flow and be dangerous to the baby
